He was predeceased by: his parents, T. Norman Hurd and Anne Hurd (Wolstenholme); and his sister Linda Hurd Ewing. He is survived by: his stepchildren, Zachery L. Klimek (Lydia) and Jessica A. Klimek; his grandchildren, Harlow Weber, Lily Calabrese and Alexander Klimek; his sister Sandra Hennemeyer; and his wife Diane Klimek Hurd.
