He was predeceased by: his parents, John Liptok and Anna Liptok (Carroll); and his siblings, Irene Hart, John and Karl Liptok.
He is survived by: his wife Lorraine (Zeiler); his sons, William M. Liptok, Jr. (Lori) and David J. Liptok (Dana J.) of Blandon; his sister Madeline Lesniak (John); his grandchildren, Kirstie (Chris Ward), Jennifer, Rebecca, Nicholas and Chase; and his great grandchild Ava. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
