She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas M. Barrett and Almyra Stewart Barrett; her husband Raymond Carter; and her sister Ethel Timmermann. She is survived by: her granddaughter Paula Ann; her great grandchild Michael; her children, Paula Smith, Debra Boncore, Elizabeth Puckli, Anthony Evangelista, Thomas Evangelista of Port Jefferson, NY and Dennis Evangelista; and her brothers, George Barrett of Brooklyn, NY and Michael Barrett. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren; 7 great-great grandchildren.
