She was predeceased by: her parents, Vincent Gentile and Helen Prebula Gentile. She is survived by: her husband Michael; her children, Stephen Chapman and Rachel Kreiger (Scott); her siblings, John, Vincent, Christine and Kathryn Carroll (Michael); and her siblings-in-law, Kay Mattea-Wollyung and Robert Wollyung. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
