Gradwell; her sons, Jason Gradwell of Pottsville and Justin Gradwell of Pottsville; her grandson Cole Gradwell; and her siblings, Theresa Putalavage of Minersville, Janet Putalavage of Minersville, Michael Putalavage (Terri Jo) of Minersville and Vincent Putalavage (Kolleen) of Minersville. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
