He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Gontarchick and Sophie Gontarchick; his wife Susan; and his daughter Amber. He is survived by: his children, Robin Schweikert (Jim) of Pottsville, Judy Yoast (Jack) of Ambler, Wendy Gontarchick (Paul Kalinock) and Ronald Gontarchick (Michelle) of Charlotte, N. C.; his grandchildren, Jared (Samantha), Ryan, Kelly, Caitlyn, Shannon, Jackie and Paulie; his great grandchild Luna; and his brother Bernard "Butch" Gontarchick.
