He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren W. Sr. Mills and Sarah Thomas Mills; and his siblings, Edith Hartstein, Evelyn Bruen, Rebecca Lecher, Warren W. Mills, Sr., John S. Mills, Walter J. Mills, Joseph Mills and David Mills.
He is survived by: his siblings, William Mills, Laura Croll and Shirley Scheibelhut. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
