She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Sullivan and Stephanie Sullivan-Zager (Wapinsky); and her brothers, James and John Sullivan. She is survived by: her husband Andrew Hertz; her daughters, Cynthia (Richard Neade) of St. Clair and Andrea (Mark Witalka) of Peru, IL; her grandchildren, Jolie Witalka and Keith Witalka; her daughters, Korey Witalka and Kelly Witalka; and her great grandchildren, Amaree Bainbridge, Juleon Bainbridge, Azarea Bainbridge, Jastun Witalka, Aidan Witalka, Oliva Witalka, Charlotte Witalka and Greyson Smith. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Clare of Assisi Memorial Fund at the above address.
