He was predeceased by: his parents, Kathryn A. Jenkins (Ritzel) and David B. Jenkins, Jr.; his children, Todd Jenkins, Timothy Jenkins and Trudy Jenkins; and his brother Gordon R. Jenkins.
He is survived by: his children, Cynthia (Charles Miller) of Myrtle Beach, SC, Jaymie (Kevin Thomas) of Gettysburg and Tory (Louise Jenkins) of Schuylkill Haven. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; eight great grandchildren.
