She was predeceased by: her husbands, Arthur John Urban and Casimir Anthony; her daughters, Judy Urban Henry and Pelagia Jean Franklin; her stepchildren, Mark Anthony and Jeanie Zimerofski; and her sister Edna Wenrich.
She is survived by: her son Brian Anthony (Amber). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
