We are sad to announce that on February 22, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Loreta DeStefano of Pottsville, Pennsylvania. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Guiseppe Nicolo and Desolina Nicolo (Munster); her children, Josephine Shappell and Charles "Chuck" DeStefano; her son-in-law Harry Carodiskey Jr.; and her siblings, Carmela Hammer and Nicolo Nicolo.
She is survived by: her children, Theresa Carodiskey, Andrew DeStefano Jr. (Charlotte), Thomas DeStefano (Kari), Mario DeStefano (Kathy) and Patricia Agia (Michael). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and grand nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church (319 Mahantongo St, Pottsville, PA 17901). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to St. Patrick memorial fund at the above address.
