He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Biltheiser and Gertrude Lynch Biltheiser; his wife Anna P. Biltheiser; and his siblings, John G., Philip Biltheiser, Gertrude Barone, Ann Heckman and Mary E. LubinskySurviving. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church (319 Mahantongo St, Pottsville, PA 17901). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 12:15 PM at the Calvary Cemetery.
The family would prefer remembrances in the form of contributions in memory of Joe be made to St. Patrick Memorial Fund, 319 Mahantongo St. Pottsville, PA 17901.
