He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Sauchuck and Anna Mizzitko Sauchuck. He is survived by: his wife Ann Marie Shoener Souchak; his children, Rita Souchak (Robert Hillman), Joseph Souchak (Sherri), Timothy Souchak (Sharon), Katie Lewis (Hipolito Deleon), Kellen Richter (Todd) and Megan Souchak (Thomas George); and his grandson Isaac Souchak (Chrissy). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
