Stoffey Sr. of Pottsville, Pennsylvania, born in Coaldale, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 2, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Stoffey and Elizabeth Chaballa Stoffey; and his siblings, Verna Bench, Timothy Stoffey and Dorothy Zimmerman.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Schreffler Stoffey; his children, Patricia Edelman (Ari) of Warren, NJ, James Stoffey (Michele), Joseph D. Stoffey (Tracey) and Dorothy DeMatt (James); his grandsons, Daniel, Brian, Eric and Joshua; his stepgrandson James; and his siblings, George Stoffey and Margaret Shigo.
Viewing was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church (319 Mahantongo St, Pottsville, PA 17901). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
