He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Katkowski and Louise Katkowski (Maciolek); and his sisters, Joan and Mary. He is survived by: his wife Barbara (Millard); his daughter Amy Jo Gohsler (Thomas) of Schuylkill Haven; his siblings, Margaret Ann Watson of Endicott, NY and Robert Katkowski (Ann) of Forty Fort; and his grandchildren, Hannah, Norah and Olivia.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 6704.
