He was predeceased by: his parents, Arlene DeWitt, (Wolfe) and Herbert G. DeWitt, Sr.; his sons, Keith, Barry and Craig DeWitt; and his grandson Marc Nespeca.
He is survived by: his children, Sherry (Jeff Kline) of Cressona, Debra (Clarence Donton, Jr.) of Pottsville, Tammy (Marc Nespeca) of Schuylkill Haven, Terry DeWitt of Hometown and Todd DeWitt of Pottsville. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren.
