He is survived by: his wife Donna Long; his children, Amy Smith, Jennifer Botek and Daniel "DJ" Long (Nicole); his grandchildren, Alora Smith, Jordan Long, Kinsley Long, Jay Umberger, Lilly Long, Tyler Long, Jason Brown, Alivia Brown, Bryce Brown, Samantha Schweikert, James Long and Darrin Long; his great grandchildren, Luna Schweikert and Luke Schweikert; and his siblings, Janet Gulas (Ken), Raymond Botek (Judy), Evelyn Weber (Robert) of Miami, FL, Richard Botek of Monticello, FL and David Botek. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
