He was predeceased by: his parents, Fearon R. Stiver, Sr. and Margaret Etta Stiver (Hess); and his siblings, Gary Stiver and Connie Konopelski. He is survived by: his children, Robyn (Steve Howell) of Schuylkill Haven and Bryan (Marianne Stiver) of Landingville; and his granddaughters, Chloe and Gretchen Howell.
