Ellsworth C. Davis Jr. Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ellsworth C. Davis Jr. of Pottsville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 20, 2024 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellsworth C., Sr. and Marie I. Koury Davis; his wife Donna Fay Davis; and his brother Daniel Davis. He is survived by: his stepchildren, Janel Hirsch (Matthew) of Mechanicsville and Anthony Chiccini of Mechanicsville; his siblings, Cindy Ferhat (Pottsville), Maria Davis and David Davis (Pottsville); and his grandson Xander Hirsch. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Viewing was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM at the St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church (319 Mahantongo St, Pottsville, PA 17901). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 10:45 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 12:15 PM at the Calvary Cemetery.
