She was predeceased by: her husband Carl N. Stein; her parents, Frank A. McDonald and Mary L. Kessler McDonald; her daughter Joanne; her siblings, Francis McDonald, Gerald McDonald, Ruth Dewey, Mary Daley, Rita Conrad and Catherine McDonald; and her grandson Dr. Jason Green.
She is survived by: her sons, Francis "Frank" Gownley (Kathy) and Gerald "Jerry" Gownley (Melissa); her grandchildren, Heather Hinchliffe (Steve), Robyn Green, Jennifer Dube (James) and Adam Gownley (Giusi Giunta); and her great grandchildren, Connor, Gavin, Jonathan, Carter, Emma, James, Keegan and Matthew. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
