He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Hummel and Julia O'Brien Hummel; and his sisters, Francis Buehler and Blanche Rodgers. He is survived by: his sons, Edward Hummel (Bruce Harris), Mark Hummel (Elayne) and Michael Hummel (Tiffany); and his grandchildren, Max, Chanel, Hanna, Adam, Rachel, Caleb and Samarra. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
