He was predeceased by: his parents, William Spotts and Patricia Spotts (Brown); and his son Jared W. Spotts. He is survived by: his children, Danelle M. Spotts of Pottsville, Brandi Eiler of Schuylkill Haven and William E. Spotts (Lindsey) of Orwigsburg; and his brothers, Randy Spotts (Linda) of Schuylkill Haven, Glenn A. Spotts (Deb) of Lake Wynonah and Craig A. Spotts (Lori) of Schuylkill Haven. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
