He is survived by: his parents, Elizabeth J. Frederick (Dusel) and Jerome E. Frederick; his wife Brenda Lee Frederick (Bernasz); his children, Alysia Frederick and Jerome (Nicole Frederick); and his brother Bryan (Lisa Frederick). He is also survived by Several nieces, and nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
