She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Bercher and Anna Bercher (Kotch); her husband Joseph V. Noel; and her son Joseph C. Noel. She is survived by: her son Ronald C. Noel (Kathryn) of Pottsville; her daughter-in-law Michelle Noel of Schuylkill Haven; her grandchildren, Heather Hable, Rebecca Evans, Jeremy and Kevin Noel; her great grandchildren, Logan and Livia Hable; her grandchildren, Adalyn, Corbin, Brayden Evans, Braxton, Ashton, Kora and Taylor Noel; and her siblings, Carlene Motley of Douglassville, Charles Bercher of Glen Bernie, MD and Paul Bercher of Garland, TX. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
