She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph P. Sr. O'Connell and Colette Butler O'Connell; and her husband Harry N. Piccioni. She is survived by: her brother Joseph P. O'Connell, II (Patricia); her nephew Joseph P. O'Connell, III; her great-nieces, Nora and Everly O'Connell; her friend Sarah Donohue; and her caregivers, Zina Garcia, Melissa Williams, New Philadelphia and Connie Concepcion.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church (319 Mahantongo St, Pottsville, PA 17901). A Mass was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. The inurnment was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at 12:15 PM at the Our Lady of Calvary Chapel Columbarium.
The family would prefer remembrances in the form of contributions in memory of Barbara be made to St. Patrick Memorial Fund, 319 Mahantongo St., Pottsville, PA 17901.
