He was predeceased by: his father Theodore Howard Heffner; and his sister Crystal Jean Heffner. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Ann Heffner (Miller); his children, Crysta Grace Heffner and Kaleb Michael Heffner; his close friend April Killian; and his godparents, Janet Derr (Robert) and Orin Anderson (Pat).
