She was predeceased by: her parents, Kathryn Musalavage (Petrusky) and Enoch Musalavage; her husband Jerome F. Salak, Sr.; and her brothers, Leonard and Clement Musalavage.
She is survived by: her son Jerome F. Salak, Jr. of Pottsville; and her granddaughter Brittany. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Viewing was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Lord Ebling Haus Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. (1818 Mahantongo St, Pottsville, PA 17901). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church (319 Mahantongo St, Pottsville, PA 17901).
