He was predeceased by: his parents, William W. Thoms and Margaret Thoms (Filbert); and his son William Walter "Billy" Thoms. He is survived by: his wife Kay A Thoms (Elliott) of Pottstown; his daughters, Linda Mazzuca (Ronald) of East Norriton and Deborah Welsch (George) of Langhorne; his granddaughters, Nicole Ellison (Brian) and Jennifer Sirakides (Ken); and his great grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Jaime, Alexandra and Kenny.
