He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. Owens and Ruth P. Owens Sr. (Quay); and his brother Dennis J. Owens. He is survived by: his children, Kevin B. Owens (Kelly) of Pottstown, PA and Megan E. (James Lang); and his grandchildren, Aidan, Reilly Owens, Sarah and Avery Lang.
