She was predeceased by: her husband Marvin R. Haas, Sr.; her parents, Stephen Cushman and Evelyn J. Cushman (Adamski); and her siblings, Neal Cushman, Tony Cushman, Evelyn Gondal, Lucille J. Burton and Cecilia E. Dice.
She is survived by: her sons, Marvin R. Haas, Jr. (Shelley), Anthony F. Haas (Kristin) and David Haas (Amy); her sister Sarah Shaffer; and her niece Brenda L. (Donald Morgan). She is also survived by caregiver to her; seven grandchildren, two great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
