He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Raber and Audrey May Raber (Watts); and his brother Peter J. Raber Jr.. He is survived by: his siblings, John Raber (Christine) and Donna Raber Baer (Michael); his nieces, Sarah and Olivia Raber; and his nephew Luke Groth.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Steven's memory to Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter 131 Berks County, PA, PO Box 13735, Reading, PA 19612.
