With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sandra L. Mitchell of Pottstown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 4, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilmer Kinckiner and Verna Kinckiner (Buchanan); and her sister Patricia Oxenford. She is survived by: her husband Joel R. Mitchell; her son Gary B. Drumheller II (Joan); her stepdaughter Marnee L. Kling of Phoenix, AZ; and her grandchildren, Garrett and Sydney Drumheller.
