He is survived by: his wife Loretta Boettger Keown; his son Blaine Carl "Skip" Stokley (Rhonda); his grandsons, Blaine, Jr., Travis Stokley (Aleja) and Richard Garofolo; his great grandchildren, Marletta, Blaine III, Charolette Stokley, Ricky, Jasey Garofolo-Magargal (Ryan) and Peyton; and his siblings, Ray (Marylou), John Keown (JoAnn) and Nancy.
