He was predeceased by: his parents, Millie DeBlase and Eleanor Rose DeBlase (Renshaw); his daughter Kim DeBlase; and his brothers, W. Douglass DeBlase and Joseph DeBlasio.
He is survived by: his children, Ronald G. DeBlase Jr., Michael DeBlase, Jill DeBlase and Brad DeBlase (Kelly); his sister Eleanor Jean Sharkey (DeBlase); his grandchildren, Rachel Stierly (Josh), Mark DeBlase (Christine), Jonathon DeBlase (Michelle), Marlee DeBlase, Hunter DeBlase and Evan DeBlase; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Alex and Lydia Simpson; and his great grandchildren, Jacob and Vivien Stierly.
