He was predeceased by: his spouse Cecilia Devine (Lowenthal); his parent John; and his daughter Debbie Parker. He is survived by: his parent Regina (Hampel); and his children, Diane Devine, Steven Devine and Rob Devine. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
