He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Howerter and Betty Howerter (Rhoads); and his pet Belle. He is survived by: his daughters, Christine Preston (Ray Cushman) and Wendy Matthai (Erich); his siblings, Donald Evans, Larry Evans (Peggy Angstadt) and Carol McFadden (Thomas); and his grandsons, Michael Wilkinson and Matthew O'Blosser.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Animal Rescue League of Berks County (58 Kennel Rd, Birdsboro, PA 19508) in Bob's name.
