He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Ciaciak and Julie Ciaciak (Tomko). He is survived by: his wife Karen Louise Ciaciak (Bliss); his children, Robert A. Ciaciak, Jr. (Kelly), Jamie R. Stempka (Adam), Jentry B. Yorgey (Josh), Jenyn M. Schalles, Wade E. Schalles (Melanie), Michael G. Ciaciak (Laura) and Joshua D. Ciaciak (Maria); his grandchildren, Amanda, Alyssa, Ava, Alaura, Carlton III, Isabella, Isaiah, Farrah, Claire, Matthew, Kolby, Wyatt, Maisy, Nora, Lily and Mackenzie; his great grandchild Lorenzo; and his siblings, Nancy Lehman and Leo Ciaciak.
