He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter E. Seltzer and Frances Seltzer; and his spouse Georgeine Seltzer. He is survived by: his children, Richard E. Seltzer, II (late Catherine), Kristi Fink (Troy) and Bradley Seltzer (Vanessa); his grandchildren, Joseph, Richard III, Nora, John, Daniel, Benjamin and Sarah; and his sister Margaret "Peggy" Smith. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
