He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland Hibbs and Joan Hibbs; and his sisters, Elaine and Janet. He is survived by: his wife Lisa M. Hibbs (Powell); his children, Jaclyn Harding (Daniel), Raymond Jr., Jared (Samantha) and Tyler; his brother Roland Jr.; and his grandchildren, Maximus, Rowan, Elowen, Jack and Natalie. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests a donation be made to the Montgomery County SPCA.
