He was predeceased by: his mother Jeanne Blackwell (Yeager); his wife Leslye Blackwell (Moyer); and his niece Tracey Blackwell. He is survived by: his father Raymond Blackwell Jr.; his sons, Joshua Craig Blackwell and Aaron Scott Blackwell (Alison); his grandchildren, Leah, Jacob, Ryan and Chase; his brother Raymond Blackwell III (Elaine); and his brother-in-law Craig A. Moyer (Tina). He is also survived by one nephew; three nieces; a great nephew; and three great nieces.
