We are sad to announce that on February 17, 2024, Philip J. Wiley of Pottstown, Pennsylvania, born in Martinez, California passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Barbara A. Wiley (Mitchell); his parents, John H. Wiley and Elizabeth F. Wiley (King); his children, Michael Wiley (Veronica), Brian Wiley of East Taunton, MA, Deborah (Michael Purretta) and Elizabeth Wiley (Samuel Niburg) of Columbia, MD; his brothers, Walter Wiley of Sacramento, CA and Mark Wiley (Elizabeth); and his grandchildren, Kimberly, Christopher, Valerie, Sean Purretta, James, Lillian and Margaret Wiley.
