He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul L. Saltzer, Sr. and Margaret Nester (Hatfield); and his son Richard B. Saltzer. He is survived by: his children, Thomas L. Saltzer, Judith "Judy" Saltzer of Odenton, MD and Joanne "Jody" (David Grier) of Enola, PA. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
