She was predeceased by: her father John Babel; and her brother John "Jack" Babel Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Charles Gilroy; her mother Mildred Babel Sr. (Tassey); and her children, Scott Gilroy (Desiree), Kelly Owens (Kevin), Kevin Gilroy and Christopher Gilroy (Heather). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, one great grandchild, many nieces and nephews.
