She was predeceased by: her husband James R. Koval; and her parents, Robert W. Gerhart and Evelyn M. Gerhart of Boyertown, PA.. She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy L. Koval of West Chester and Kimberly A. Sturges (Daniel Sturges) of Carmel, CA; her brother Robert Gerhart (Barbara) of Glendale, AZ; her nephew Robert; her niece Julie; and her grandsons, Michael J. and Brian W. Sturges.
