Cooper of Pottstown, Pennsylvania, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 12, 2022, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Sautter Sr. and Lucille Sautter; and her brother William Sautter Jr. (Kyongsun). She is survived by: her husband James Cooper; her child Lacy Cooper (Curtis Gaskin); her sister Gina Frampton-Sautter (Rena); her nieces and nephews, Lee Jin, Christopher and Tiffany Sautter; her aunt Margaret Carbone; and her cousin Michelle Jacquot.
