He was loved and cherished by many people including: his daughter Jessica Sykes (Jymal Sykes Sr.); his grandchildren, Allyana and Jymal Sykes Jr.; his stepson Corey Beasley (Marshelle); his brothers, Alfred Brown (Diane), Johnie Mac Brown (Angel) and Jessie Brown; his close friends, Tina, Clarence, Ozzie, Bill, Patti, Carla, Mike and Sonny; his parents, George W. Brown Sr. and Frances E. Brown; and his sisters, Joy Lynn Ingram and Edna Louise Flagg. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins.
