He is survived by: his father Kenneth Nichol Sr.; his daughter Macey Slifer; his siblings, Valerie Moses (Andrew Moses) and Jason Nichol; his nieces, Alisha and Andrea; and his great-nieces, Audrey and Evelyn. He is also survived by many cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.
