She is survived by: her children, Anthony Beauchamp Jr. (Amy) and Jamie Beauchamp; her grandchildren, Ava Beauchamp, Aiden Beauchamp, Gavin Wolfe, Gabrielle Beauchamp and Gemma Acker; and her siblings, Steven Streeter (Jeannine), Karen DeLuca (Joe), Scott Streeter (Kelly), John Maffei (Bonnie), Michele Griffith (Bruce) and Richard Beauchamp (Yvonne).
