Miller of Litchfield, CT, Ruth Ann Aurentz (Timothy) of Portland, OR and Jim M. Miller (Wanda) of Mt. Gretna, PA; and his close friends, Robert Hétu and Keith Opperman. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
