Neiss (Kimble); his children, Joel Beatty Neiss II (Renae), Thomas George Neiss (Lisa), Gregory Paul Neiss (Dawn) and Kenneth A. Lee (Holly); his brothers, Howard Eugene Neiss and James Paul Neiss; his grandchildren, Carissa Robles (Samuel), Gabrielle Neiss, Bridgette Neiss, Hannah Neiss, Teagan Lee and Coulson Lee; and his great grandchildren, Nicholas and Alexander Robles. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
